What Is Tech Day?

AGCO Tech Day is our annual flagship technology event. We bring together investors, analysts, media and industry leaders at a working farm to experience our precision agriculture innovations firsthand — not in a conference room, but in real field conditions.

Hosted at a farm, Tech Day takes participants through live field demonstrations and hands-on sessions with our engineers, agronomists and product experts. Attendees ride in the equipment, see autonomy and AI in action and walk the full crop cycle, from planting through harvest.

Every technology on display is measured by one thing: its impact on a farmer's bottom line.

From Planting to Harvest

Every Tech Day is organized using the stages of the crop cycle. Participants rotate through live field stations, each led by AGCO subject-matter experts, experiencing the technology the way a farmer would.

Planning and Preparation

Planning and Preparation

The command center. A unified digital platform where farmers plan work orders, monitor machines in real time and manage data across every brand and fleet on the operation — before a single wheel turns.

Planting

Planting

Precision seed placement, sensor-driven automation and real-time monitoring that help farmers plant smarter from the first pass.

Application

Application

AI-powered targeted weed spraying and variable-rate technology that reduce chemical inputs while improving coverage and crop health.

Harvest

Harvest

Multi-machine coordination, AI-driven combine systems and autonomous logistics that maximize efficiency at the busiest time of year.

FarmerCore

FarmerCore

Digital tools and distribution strategy that bring dealer-level diagnostics and support directly to the farm.

See Tech Day in Action

Every year, our team captures the energy and innovation of Tech Day — from live field demos to conversations with the people building the future of farming.

Technology That Works Where It Counts

Agriculture does not happen in controlled environments. It happens in dust, humidity, uneven terrain and unpredictable weather. Tech Day proves our technology works in those conditions — on a real farm, in a real crop, measured by its real impact on Net Farm Income.

Our approach is built on a few core principles ...

Farmer First

Every innovation starts with what a farmer actually needs.

Retrofit Ready

We make existing equipment smarter without forcing a full-fleet replacement.

Open Platform

Our technology works across brands and fleets, because most farms are not single-brand operations.

Full Crop Cycle

Integrated solutions from planting through harvest, connected by data.

AI Powered

From targeted spraying to autonomous logistics, artificial intelligence runs through every stage of the operation.
