Indira Agarwal

Indira Agarwal is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AGCO Corporation. In this role, she leads AGCO’s global finance organization, including financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations, internal controls and financial regulatory compliance. She is responsible for ensuring AGCO is well-positioned to execute its Farmer-First strategy, delivering significant value to all stakeholders and achieving our growth ambitions.

Prior to joining AGCO in 2024 as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Agarwal held senior finance and accounting leadership roles at HF Sinclair, Cardtronics and Direct Energy. Her more than 20 years of experience spans corporate accounting, financial reporting, business partnering, transformation and public-company finance at global Fortune 500 companies.

Agarwal holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Delhi University, India, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K.
