Damon Audia

Damon Audia is President, PTx & Corporate Strategy at AGCO Corporation. In this role, he leads AGCO’s PTx precision agriculture business and corporate strategy function, guiding the company’s strategic growth priorities and accelerating the technology solutions that help farmers improve productivity, efficiency and profitability.

Audia previously served as AGCO’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AGCO in 2022, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO at Kennametal, Inc. and Carpenter Technology Corporation, consecutively. He also spent 10 years in various leadership roles at The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, including serving as Senior Vice President of Finance for the company’s North America division. In addition, Audia held various financial positions at Delphi Corporation and General Motors.

Audia serves on the Board of Directors of Eastman Chemical Company.

He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree in general studies from the University of Michigan.
