Roger N. Batkin

Roger N. Batkin is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Sustainability Officer, and Corporate Secretary for AGCO. In this role, Batkin has executive management responsibility for the company’s worldwide legal, intellectual property, ethics and compliance strategies and teams, and leads AGCO’s sustainability efforts, together with managing the worldwide governmental affairs and other corporate activities. He supports and counsels the Board of Directors on governance and legal matters and serves as Chair of the AGCO Foundation.

Batkin joined AGCO in 2000 as European Legal Counsel. Since that time, he progressed through a series of senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility until being made Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2013. Prior to joining AGCO, Batkin worked in private practice with an international law firm with focusing on corporate, commercial and international law.

Batkin serves on the Board of Directors for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
