Roger N. Batkin

Roger N. Batkin is Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for AGCO. In this role, Batkin has executive management responsibility for the company’s global legal, intellectual property, ethics and compliance, governance, sustainability, governmental affairs and corporate communications strategies and functions. He supports and advises the AGCO Board of Directors on governance, securities and legal matters and serves as Chair of the AGCO Foundation.

Batkin joined AGCO in 2000 as European Legal Counsel. Since that time, he progressed through a series of senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility until being made Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2013. Prior to joining AGCO, Batkin worked in private practice with an international law firm focusing on corporate, commercial and international law.

Batkin serves on the Board of Directors for both the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and CEMA, the European Machinery Association.
