Kelvin Bennett

Kelvin Bennett is Senior Vice President, Engineering for AGCO, based in Neuhausen, Switzerland. In this role, he is responsible for leading research and development of the full spectrum of AGCO products and brand integration.

Bennett joined AGCO in 2007. Since being named Senior Vice President in 2021, he has overseen the full spectrum of AGCO’s research and development. His career progression includes leadership roles as Chief Engineer for Combines and Vice President of Engineering for Tractors and Global Sprayers. He also held international vice presidency roles in Brazil and France, where he led the implementation of critical Stage V and global platform projects.

Prior to AGCO, Bennett held Engineering positions at CNH Industrial, Husqvarna Group and Nilfisk.

Bennett holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Bio and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
