Ivory Harris

Ivory Harris is Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, for AGCO, based in Duluth, GA, U.S. In this role, Harris is the architect of the enterprise people strategy, aligning talent, culture, leadership capability and organization design and effectiveness with long term business priorities that deliver winning outcomes for AGCO’s employees and stakeholders.

Harris joined AGCO in 2021.

Prior to joining AGCO, Harris spent 17 years with BASF, where she held HR leadership roles of increasing scope, including Vice President, People Services, US – member on the NA Executive Team and leading the HR organization for the U.S.; Vice President, Total Rewards & Corporate HR Solutions, North America, and Global HR Director, Bioscience Research. She also served as a Senior Project Talent Expert on an international delegation to Ludwigshafen, Germany.

Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Psychology from the University of Houston.
