2023: AGCO won first place during the Churchill-Captive Risk Control Awards Program for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) for having the highest report card score among companies in the Large Manufacturing category comprised of manufacturing companies with over 500,000 hours worked in the 2022 calendar year. 2023: AGCO’s Leadership Excellence Acceleration Programs (LEAP) Initiative won the bronze HCM (Human Capital Management) Excellence award for the 2023 Best Advance in Leadership Development. The award was given by the Brandon Hall Group. (NA)
2023: AGCO won Honorable Mention recognition at the 2023 Brazilian Automotive Engineering Association ESG Awards in the Social and Governance category for Corporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Program and its implementation in our dealer network. 2023: AGCO employee Maria Aleman, Production Supervisor at the Hesston, Kansas, U.S. facility, received a 2023 Women MAKE Award as an honoree, given by Women in Manufacturing, a division of The Manufacturing Institute, at an awards ceremony in Washington, District of Columbia, U.S. Formerly called the STEP Ahead Awards, the Women MAKE Awards provide women with the tools and motivation to pay it forward and inspire the next generation of female talent to pursue manufacturing careers. 2022: AGCO was named among America’s Most Responsible Companies for 2023 by Newsweek magazine in partnership with global research and data firm Statista, ranking at 71 of 500. Recognition was based on many environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors. (NA)
2022: AGCO South Africa won the TOP SUPPLIER 2021/2022 Award given by the OVK Group agricultural company in South Africa at its Top Suppliers Award event in Ladybrand, South Africa. (APA)
2022: AGCO won the Sustainable Company of the Year award at the Sustainable Performance Forum (SPF) World 2022 in Chicago, Illinois, US. The award was given for achievements in the sustainability, environmental health and safety, and risk disciplines as well as for the innovative use of Enablon solutions. (NA)
2022: Fendt’s Corporate Health Management team won the German Human Resources Management Award 2022, placing first in the “Corporate Health Management and Mental Health” category for its health mission statement and strategic “Wir im Dialog” project. Sponsored by Personalwirtschaft trade magazine in cooperation with the "Zukunft Personal Europe" trade fair in Cologne, Germany, this award represents an outstanding and innovative way to approach current world challenges affecting Human Resources. 2021: AGCO and the AGCO Digital Center (Digital Customer Experience - DCX) were awarded the Champion of Digital Transformation Award in the Mechanical Engineering category, given by the German business magazine CAPITAL and company Infront Consulting. Recognizing the best companies within the German economy amid the transformation process, AGCO was noted as one of the best in providing "constant feedback with customers for digital solutions," especially for products like FendtOne, Configure Price Quote and eCommerce. 2023: Fendt Rogator was awarded the 2023 ShowStopper Award for its product partnership with Bosch BASF Smart Farming to build a precision solution called ONE SMART SPRAY at the 2023 Midwest AG Industries Exposition (MAGIE) in Bloomington, Illinois, U.S. The award was sponsored by the CropLife IRON publication. 2022: The Fendt 942 Vario won awards for two technologies, the low-speed concept Fendt iD and the unique Fendt self-cleaning air filter for regions with heavy dust generation, at the international agricultural fair AGROSALON 2022 in Nitra, Slovakia. (EME)
2022: The Fendt 728 Vario tractor has won “Tractor of the Year 2023,” awarded by an independent jury of 25 agricultural journalists from 25 different European countries, and is hosted by the FederaUnacom (Federazione Nazionale Costruttori Macchince per l'Agricoltura)—the Italian association of agricultural machinery manufacturers. The award ceremony, which has alternated between EIMA and Agritechnica, will be presented during the 2022 EIMA Show in Bologna, Italy. (EME)

2022: The Fendt 210 P Vario won Spain’s Tractor of the Year 2022 award as the overall winner in the category Tractor of the Year 2022 Spain, as well as the winner in the category Specialty Tractors. 2022: Fendt and joint partners, CEC Haren GmbH & Co. KG, Röchling Engineering Plastics SE & Co. KG, Braunschweig Technical University and Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences, won the first-ever AgriFuture Concept Award for their H2Agrar hydrogen-powered energy model project. Given by the German Agricultural Society (DLG) for pioneering work for the future of agriculture—including Fendt’s advancement of hydrogen-powered agriculture equipment prototypes—the award was presented during the 2022 AGRITECHNICA digital program ceremony. 2021: The Fendt self-cleaning air filter system won the AGRITECHNICA 2022 Innovation Award Silver Medal given by the international Innovation Commission of the German Agricultural Society (DLG). AGRITECHNICA is held in Hanover, Germany, usually every other year. (EME)
