Jena Holtberg-Benge
Jena Holtberg‑Benge is Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) for AGCO, based in Duluth, Georgia. In this role, Holtberg‑Benge is responsible for leading AGCO’s AI, data, digital and information technology strategy, with a focus on information security and enabling scalable capabilities that support the company’s long‑term growth ambitions.
Holtberg‑Benge joined AGCO in 2023. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Aftersales Parts, where she led the business through resilient growth through cost discipline while scaling digital and AI‑led transformations to support dealers and farmers. In March 2026, she was appointed Chief Digital & Information Officer, to advance AGCO’s digital transformation and growth agenda.
Prior to joining AGCO, Holtberg-Benge spent more than 22 years at John Deere, holding several leadership positions across global organizations and building deep experience spanning manufacturing, digital solutions, manufacturing and business development. She ultimately served as General Manager, John Deere Reman, where she led the global remanufacturing business with responsibility for multiple facilities and global distribution. Her earlier leadership roles included Director of John Deere WorkSight, where she led strategy for telematics and data analytics, and Manager of Business Development in Beijing, China. Her early career included roles focused on global business and international operations, including assignments in India and Mexico.
Holtberg‑Benge holds a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Vassar College.
