Brian Sorbe is President of PTx for AGCO Corporation, based in Tremont, Illinois, U.S. In this role, Sorbe leads AGCO’s global technology portfolio focused on delivering smart farming solutions and is responsible for accelerating innovation, commercial strategy and channel development.

Sorbe joined AGCO in 2025. He was appointed to lead the PTx brand following AGCO's strategic expansion of its precision ag technology portfolio. More than 30 years ago, he previously worked for Ag-Chem Equipment, which became part of AGCO in 2001.

Prior to joining AGCO, Sorbe served in key leadership roles at Topcon Positioning Systems for 14 years, including Senior Vice President and General Manager, where he led cross-functional teams across product strategy and M&A integration.

Sorbe serves on the Board of Directors of Innovar Ag.

Sorbe pursued his Master of Business Administration degree at Purdue University, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the same. His postgraduate work also includes certifications in AI & Machine Learning and Agricultural Autonomy.
