The traditional dealership model — where farmers must halt operations to drive to a brick-and-mortar store for parts or repairs or maintenance — is long overdue for an upgrade. That is why AGCO introduced FarmerCore, a transformative distribution strategy that serves farmers how they want to be served – on-farm, online, or at the dealership.
Service at the Farm
With FarmerCore, we have flipped the script. Instead of the farmer traveling to the dealer, our dealers go to the farm.
- Uptime Driven: Dealers utilize connected machine data and proactive alerts to spot potential issues before they cause downtime, often identifying problems before the operator even notices a code.
- On-Farm Support: Our dealers have continued to invest in mobile service fleets, allowing technicians to arrive on-site fully prepared with the specific parts and tools needed for the job. Two-thirds of our dealer network in North America has more than 50% of On-Farm Service capacity.
- Global Momentum: As of the end of 2025, FarmerCore has expanded across North and South America. In Brazil, our dealer network has invested in 70 more service trucks to support this mobile-first strategy. In Europe & the Middle East, three markets will be in focus for 2026.

Parts on Demand: Live inventory visibility enables parts to be ordered online 24/7, with options for pickup or onfarm delivery.
OnFarm Repairs: When breakdowns occur, dealers respond with onsite service to minimize downtime and eliminate the need to transport equipment offfarm.

FarmerCore also leverages the latest technology to ensure our dealers have the answers they need, the moment they need them:
- AgBot: This AI-powered assistant helps our dealers instantly answer complex parts and service questions. Integrated into the AGCONet portal, it recognizes a dealer’s specific history and fleet to provide personalized, high-speed support.
- Global Center of Excellence: We have removed regional silos. When a dealer anywhere in the world asks a technical question, the first available support member — regardless of their country — responds immediately. Expertise is always available.
