Brad Arnold is Senior Vice President, General Manager, Precision AGCO. In this role, Mr. Arnold is responsible for driving disruptive innovation that maximizes farmer value and sustains their operations. He is based in Duluth, Georgia, USA.
Mr. Arnold joined AGCO with the acquisition of Precision Planting. He then served as Senior Vice President, Global Crop Cycle and Fuse Connected Services prior to his current role.
Mr. Arnold started his career in public accounting with KPMG, and he then spent more than 10 years as the CFO of a joint-venture tier 1 automotive supplier. Prior to joining Precision Planting in 2009, Brad held leadership positions at Caterpillar, including roles as a Business Manager in Corporate Strategy and Controller of their Global Mining Business Unit. During his tenure at Precision Planting, the team increased market share, launched innovative products and established itself as the premier provider of precision agriculture technology.
Mr. Arnold holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University, and a Master's degree from Lincoln Christian University in Lincoln, Illinois. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
