Senior Vice President - General Manager of Europe, Africa, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand

Gary Collar is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe, Africa, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Collar is responsible for all brands within the region. His responsibilities include all activities within the Massey-Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra, and Challenger brands, as well as the Parts Distribution and Customer Service operations. He was appointed to his current position in January 2004. Mr. Collar previously served as Vice President of Market Development, Worldwide for the Challenger Division, after joining AGCO in 2002.



Mr. Collar has previously held various senior management positions within several divisions at ZF Friedrichshaven A.G. between 1994 and 2002. These assignments included President and CEO of the company's Joint Venture producing steering systems for the North American automotive market, and Vice President, Business Development for the automotive group. Prior to this, he was employed by Caterpillar Inc. and the Caterpillar Distribution organization.

Mr. Collar holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University.
